We are power, source, breath.

I am not my mood.
I am light, source, breath.
From time to time, I find myself
Surrounded by darkness,
Breathing in not out
Choking on my inhale
Forgetting the power of my exhale.
Sometimes taking more than giving,
Paradoxically leaving me empty, needy, hungry.
